St. Elizabeth Place is an apartment complex serving lower income elderly people by providing them with a clean and safe place to call home at an affordable price. This independent living community provides housing for people 62 and older. The community consists of 48 ground floor apartments in 12 quadruplex buildings.

Living in the St. Elizabeth Place community is made affordable through assistance from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Heads of the Household must be at least 62 years of age and the household must meet HUD income eligibility requirements to be eligible for tenancy.
