Faith Formation: Prepare, Receive, Respond
Faith formation prepares our children and young people to receive the word of God.  Figuring out how to respond is often more difficult since there is more than one way to respond to God.  The Dept. of Faith Formation utilizes programs that tell the stories of our faith and where/how we fit in as we explore, together, ways to respond when God calls us.

Youth Sundays – On these special Sundays our 10:30 am service features our young people.  The youth serve as greeters, ushers, readers and more.  All children and youth are invited and encouraged to participate in the service.

Nursery is available every Sunday downstairs in the Parish House from 10 am until the conclusion of the service.  The children will join their parents in the “big” church to celebrate Communion.

Sunday School – (offered during the school year)  Age appropriate stories and activities are used to share the stories and embrace the mysteries that shape our faith.

Youth Foyers – Monthly structured activities are offered as a time for our youth to come together and have FUN!

Vacation Bible School -  This week long event held during the summer months will find children and adults imagining, building, growing, working and walking with God in an exciting week of creativity and fellowship.

Holy Cross Faith Memorial offers a growing list of youth programs to engage all your young family members. For information on current offerings please contact the church office at 843-237-3459 or moc.r1419001547r.cs@1419001547ssorc1419001547yloh1419001547.
